Q: What does white “uncoated” mean?
A: Simply put, uncoated means that nothing has been added to the face paper of the label to increase shine or change its natural appearance.

Q: What do you mean by monochrome laser printer?
A: Monochrome refers to laser printers only capable of printing in black.

Q: Are your Inkjet printable Clear Gloss sheets really clear?
A: Yes. These labels are totally clear, leaving a gloss finish when applied. They are different from the translucent labels, which have a clear matte, or frosted look to them.

Q: Do you have any weatherproof labels that I can print on?
A: Yes we do. We carry White Inkjet Printable Vinyl Labels that can be printed using your inkjet printer and White Laser Printable Polyester Labels. These sheets come in a variety of popular sizes for creating your own water bottle labels, bumper stickers, outdoor signs and bath & body product labels.

Q: When will my product ship?
A: If you purchased labels on sheets or thermal roll labels, you can expect them to be shipped on the same day if the order was given before 2:30 pm CST. If you ordered full color custom printed labels, order processing is 48 hours once the proof has been approved.

Q: Can I add artwork to my Custom Printed roll labels order?
A: Yes you can. We would need you to either write a comment in the comments section of your order stating that you have artwork you would like to add and then email the file to us, or simply call a customer service representative for further instructions.

Q: What types of artwork are accepted for your Custom Printed roll labels?
A: Please refer to our artwork specs page.

Q: Can you create a design for our preprinted labels?
A: Planet Label does offer pre-press graphic design service.  Please email artwork@planetlabel.com with any questions of start by giving us a call at 866-252-1520

Q: Can I get a proof of my Custom Printed label?
A: If you request one, we will provide you with a digital proof via email. We only provide printed proofs on our Process Color printed orders.

Q: Do you do custom label sizes for preprinted labels?
A: Yes, we can do custom printed labels in nearly any shape or size.  Planet Label does carry a library of existing shapes and sizes.  However, size or shape combinations not available in our current library are available for a nominal fee and will add 48-72 hours to label turnaround times. 

Q: Do you do custom label sizes on sheets?
A: Yes, we can create custom label sizes on most of our different face stocks. Different minimums apply to different products. Please call a customer service representative at 866-252-1520 for a quote.

Q: I called your toll free number but was sent to your answering service. Do you have real people I can talk to?
A: Yes, we have a friendly staff of customer service representatives that are available to help you from 8:00 to 5:00 CST.  Not a talker?  No problem, we are also available to chat on the website during normal business hours.
