What type of labels do you produce?

We produce pressure sensitive labels. They are also referred to as self adhesive labels. A pressure sensitive label can be thought of as a ‘sandwich' that consists of three basic parts; face, adhesive, and liner. The face is the paper or film that ink is printed on. The adhesive is on the opposite side of the print and is the glue that makes the label stick. The liner carries the label and is peeled away when you are ready to apply.

Can you produce color matches to PMS (Pantone) colors?

We print high quality ‘four color process'. This is also referred to as CMYK printing. If a PMS color is specified, our printing process can produce an approximate match. If hitting a PMS color is critical, we highly recommend ordering a proof before an order is placed.

Can I get a proof before ordering?

Yes! We want you to be satisfied with your order. The best way to ensure your satisfaction is to check out a proof before ordering. We highly recommend ordering a proof for color critical first time orders. We offer free press proofs that are generated from the same press that will produce your order. The only thing you have to cover are the shipping charges.

What type of print quality can I expect?

You can expect premium print quality with outstanding resolution and vibrant color. We encourage you to order a proof to see for yourself!

What label sizes do you have?

Many different standard sizes are available. These include various sizes of squares, rectangles, circles, and ovals. Custom shapes are also available. Call us at 800-123-4567 if you are looking for a unique shape or size.

Do you charge for print plates?

No. Our digital printing process does not require printing plates. Digital printing is the most cost effective method to produce multiple versions and SKU's.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order size is just 100 labels!

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please contact us if you would like to establish payment terms( Net 30).

When will my order ship?

We will fulfill your order in 3-5 business days upon artwork approval. Contact us if you need your order fulfilled more quickly than the standard turnaround. We'll do everything we can to meet your requirement!

How will you ship my order?

Our standard shipping method is UPS ground and LTL carriers. If you need your labels quickly, we can arrange for next day and second day air shipments.
