If you receive a message that your file is missing links, that means you missed embedding at least one image of file within your design. An embedded item has a data integrated directly into your artwork. A linked item is a pointer to a file located elsewhere. If you send artwork with linked items, we’ll only see a blank space where that item was, so it’s imperative you embed all referenced images or files used in your artwork.
