Step 1: Request password reset email

First, go to the password reset page at https://www.planetlabel.com/password/reset, enter your email address and click "Send Help."

Step 2: Look for password reset email

Next, check your email inbox for an email that looks like this:

Click the "Reset Password" link to go to the password reset page.

Step 3: Complete password reset form

After following the "Reset Password" link, you should come to the password reset form that looks like this:

Enter the same email address you used in Step 1 and create a new password. After filling out all fields, click "Reset Password" to complete the password reset process.
